I started taking fish oil a couple month ago as a recommendation from my doctor. I feel so much better, I was surprised by how well it works!

ALA is the most common omega-3 fatty acid in your diet. It is mostly found in plant foods and needs to be converted into EPA or DHA before it can be utilized by your body for something other than energy. Studies link ALA to reduced risk of heart disease.
